Do not go here! Visited this place a few weeks ago. I took one bite out of the chicken sandwich I ordered and saw a huge blood clot in the chicken. I was immediately disgusted and tried to get a refund. The guy at the counter offered to make me something else but refused to refund me, even told me there was no way to process refunds (which was a lie). I had to go back and forth with him and another woman for five minutes for them to finally refund me. In the midst of us arguing, he brings the sandwich back to the counter and crushes it in his hand while saying “see, there’s nothing wrong with it.” Now he has sauce all over his hands, she’s trying to calm us down but also still taking his side, and I’m just shocked and turned off by the whole situation. Their “reasoning” was that they don’t control the quality of their product, the supplier does. So, I guess bad quality product is the customer’s responsibility/fault because that’s a common restaurant practice (sarcasm). Anyways, I call my bank days later, and to my surprise, the pending refund was no longer pending. It was gone altogether. So, I had to file a chargeback. Wouldn’t be surprised if they canceled the refund as soon as I walked away. Very unprofessional and overall disgusting. Idk who started saying Sky Harbor is the friendliest airport but they lied. Tried to eat here after our flight-waited 30 minutes and still had nothing and order never got processed. When asking to get refunded the "manager "said because my aunt ate the bag of potatoe chips she had gotten w her order he could not process a refund and they would make the burgers. What the heck?!?! Who says that!?!? My mom ordered separately and said her bacon cheeseburger was tasteless and her fries had funky old oil taste. 2 other customers complained about long wait for their orders as well and there was only just 3 and then the 2 other men so they were NO WAY busy. New manager would be best recommendation and QC to ensure quality. I rate this place rude and nasty 100% Sky Harbor airport should not support this business. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Service was okay, food was horrible. Yes it's airport food, but in 2026 they should be to doing a lot better. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $20–30
