I ordered Philly Cheesesteak Fries and got a sandwhich and a side of fries instead, I'm not a sandwich person which is why I bought fries in the first place but I'll still eat it. Don't know how their order systems are set up but might be difficult for cooks to figure out the difference between a sandwich and fries?

I just had their muddy burger and I’m so disappointed. There’s barely any sauce and it tastes as if it’s a frozen patty. It genuinely looks and tastes like a cheap burger from a gas station or your school lunch. I don’t know if I ordered at wrong time or what, but I’m so dissatisfied, I wish I could get money back! Food: 1
