Rude staff who was working all on his own and gave me a small little box that was missing half of what it was supposed to come with. worst red rooster ive ever been to Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 5 months ago

Hi there, we’re sorry your visit left you with poor service and a meal that was missing part of what it was meant to include. When a team member is working alone, the store still needs to maintain order accuracy and respectful service. We’ll review staffing, packing, and the customer interaction from your visit.

I usually eat at this restaurant, and the food is generally good. However, today my experience was not satisfactory. The potatoes were cold, dry, and excessively salty and oily. The chicken wasn't properly browned; it was too dark and tasted strongly of reheated oil, which significantly affected the quality of the dish and made it unpleasant. I'm sharing this feedback in the hopes that you can improve, as I'm a regular customer and value the service at this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Hi there, we appreciate you sharing this balanced feedback. When you’re a regular customer, changes in food quality stand out immediately. Issues with potatoes, oil quality, and chicken preparation affect the overall enjoyment of the meal. We’ll be reviewing food preparation and oil management at this location. Please reach out through https://www.redrooster.com.au/contact and share the details. Your feedback helps us maintain consistency for returning customers.

I had my daughter with me who is very sensitive to noise and the staff were happy to turn the music off while we ordered and had a feed. This is actually a rare thing and 90% of retail venues aren't willing or the staff simply can't turn off some inane background music that literally no one is listening to so that someone with sensory issues can shop or eat with everyone else. So a big thumbs up to the guys and gals at Red Rooster in Northbridge for being understanding and so chilled out. You guys are always welcome in Atreusland!
