Exeter people: don't order from Red Rose Indian restaurant.
The delivery driver had no change and was pushing for a tip. Our food arrived burnt yet cold. The containers weren't even half full. There are rock solid bone like pieces in a vegetarian curry. After calling them, the moment they sensed that we were making a complaint, the owner started shouting down the phone at us, mocked our mispronunciation of one of the curry names and then hung up. After contacting just eat they offered an apology voucher worth the value of 1/3 of the order. Yet the food is not edible. What kind of korma has a cheese sauce? What a shame. This was supposed to be a treat with the last of my money for surviving such a naff week and then celebrating getting a new job. Ugh

order was just delivered and I’m disgusted with it. The onion Bhajees are soaked in fat, the sheek kabab is 3 little bits of meat that look like they came out my cat, the popodom is in bits and not a full one, I’ve just drained out nearly 2 large tablespoons of fat out of my tandoori mix grill and it’s missing the paneer, I’m afraid to touch the chappati but they got the can of Coke right. DO NOT ORDER!

We booked a table for 20 for my brothers birthday. When we turned up they had given our table to another group of 8 people so we were put out in a back room. It was dark and very dingy. We did ask to have the lights switched on to which we were told they dont work. We was very crammed in. When we were all sat down they brought over some poppadoms and dips while they took our drink orders. (The poppadoms were stale and chewy) we placed our orders and waited for our food and waited and waited and waited. When food did turn up orders were all wrong my curry had about 3 bits of meat it. Rice was dry and hard the whole meal was awful. At the end the total bill was over £250 and when we looked they had charged us nearly £20 for the stale chewy poppadoms they put on the table. When we refused to pay for the poppadoms they become very unhappy so we paid for everything else and left. I can safely say I will never ever be going back here. Absolutely discusting.
