Experience exceptional customer service and a wonderful stay right in the heart of Galway. That's how I would describe my stay at this hotel. Clean friendly staff and conveniently located. Service: 5

If you are booking here, really go through the reviews. Our room looked nothing like the picture. It was brown, smelly, cramped and very noisy. Due to the price and rating, I booked it. I thought the price might mean nice. This hotel was like a roadside motel in the middle of nowhere. The breakfast was bad. If you want a room at this price, there are better in Galway. Our last night in Ireland was a bust. I only had positive things to say about all the other places. I’m not a spoiled American, this was bad. Service: 3

Eyre Square Hotel is in a perfect location. We parked and walked the entire weekend to everything we wanted to see and do. The front desk staff along with housekeeping staff were extra kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
