After carefully reviewing your order, we confirmed that it was placed and paid for online. Unfortunately, because the payment was processed through our online ordering system, we are unable to issue a refund directly from the store. If the payment had been made in-store, we would have been happy to process the refund for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with FOUR $5 discount coupons(TOTAL 20 DOLLER ). We hope you’ll be able to use them on a future visit and allow us another opportunity to serve you. Regarding the dipping sauces, we reviewed your online order receipt and confirmed that three dips were included in your purchase. In addition, our team provided one extra dip at no additional charge. We truly regret the inconvenience and disappointment this situation caused. Our team made every effort to resolve the issue as fairly as possible and ensure you left satisfied.
