Frequent visitor because I love the location and atmosphere. It’s often the start to a good Saturday in Edmonds. Drinks are very good and have a seasonal rotation that keeps it interesting. Try the food for yourself. They have a good variety in general, but it has been hit or miss for me. I’ve narrowed my favorites to the pastry cases and don’t tend to stray often anymore. Favorites include the ham and cheese croissants and the vegan zucchini chocolate chip muffin. The muffin sells out and there aren’t other vegan pastry case options—though the main menu for made to order items surely is more vegan friendly. Great outdoor seating, with covered (tented) options in the winter months. Indoor seating is limited but they fit a lot of people reasonably well. Great, clean, and accessible restrooms too for those that need more space for wheelchairs, walkers, or little ones! I have found most staff to be friendly, though there are a couple of specific people that come off as more transactional and much less warm at the check-out counter sometimes. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I used to love this place. me and my mom would go there every Sunday. The problem is that after a year or so, they started getting really disrespectful and annoyed at my mom's order. it was just a latte as hot as they could get it split shot with two raw sugars. not that complicated. there is one guy, Pueblo who was super super sweet and considerate. other than that though some of the workers got kind of disrespectful and that's why we stopped going there. You might have a different experience but figure it out for yourself. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: they do offer a lot of gluten-free stuff!

The Red Twig Cafe and Bakery never disappoints. In-house roasted coffee, big tea selection, great sandwiches and soup, and by far the very best bakery in Edmonds. I give them extra points for their creativity in the bakery. Many familiar favorites, and also some never-heard-of-that-before items that are exceptional and always changing. The setting is inviting, casual, and with terrific views through the many and large windows. Lastly, the folks who keep this place hopping really make it all work. Friendly and know the operation of their business. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
