Budget-friendly and worth trying! We had the chicken kottu, and it tasted really good. The roti pieces were nicely cut, making it smooth and easy to eat. Among the restaurants around Jaffna, Paruthithurai, and Valvettithurai, this place stands out without any doubt. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
