Rooftop Red2One in Santiago was a big disappointment. Although we did not have a reservation, we were assigned an outdoor table in the rain and upon moving to an empty covered table, we were rudely asked to get up, claiming it was "reserved" without prior notice. The treatment of the person who received us was completely disastrous, with a rude attitude that made us feel uncomfortable. Also, the food took over an hour to arrive, and the potatoes were mushy and salty. The bathrooms are not up to par with a 5-star hotel. The only redeeming feature was the drinks and the friendliness of the waiter. Overall, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. We do not recommend it. Price per person: $25,000–30,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
