Really great night Food came out fast and hot. Staff were attentive without being pushy, and the pub vibe was lively but you could still talk. Beer was cold, pints poured right. Will definitely be back. Worth booking if it gets busy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, the experience didn’t match the pricing. The service was below average, and the decor feels tacky and inconsistent with the restaurant’s price point. There is clear room for improvement in both service and ambiance. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: JOD 15–20

I've been Red's loyal/frequent customer for many years now. They were always super! Today they lost credibility big-time. They recently changed their menu a little and increased some of their prices. They boast and claim that there's Happy/Hungry Hour - 35% discount on food. I ordered my usual fillet steak and to my surprise, it was an item excluded from the discount; although for years, I have been ordering the exact same thing at a 35% discount. They should at least inform their customers about the new changes and that some items are excluded from Happy/Hungry Hour and not generalise and promote Happy Hour on food. Let alone the recent increase in prices. I've been paying a little under JOD 10 for this same fillet steak for years and today I paid a little over JOD 16. Very disappointing and extremely unfair.
