This restaurant has had a name change. Located in the newly named Pullman Adelaide. SALT what a lovely restaurant. Staff are attentive and the food is divine. The entree, beef spared rib was delightful, just fell away, so tender and delicious. Coconut prawns nice size and tasty. The mains were timely spread about and was delighful , he had kangaroo and was very flavorsome . I had beef tenderloins , cooked medium rare, so melt in your mouth We shared a lovely bottle a red from the great wine list. We finished with a delightful chocolate tart, such a generous serving. Loved this restaurant. We will be back

Visited here for a celebration dinner. Food was outstanding; service was excellent, if not a little too overbearing. Prices are very expensive, however I'd visit again.

On The Chopping Board (OTCB) were kindly invited to Redsalt Restaurant within the Crowne Plaza Hotel for a tasting of their new seasonal menu. All food and beverages were provided on behalf of Redsalt. It had been approximately 14 months since we attended a dinner at Redsalt and that previous dinner was absolutely divine. I'm not sure there was anything I could fault on that occasion as everything presented was fresh, local, not overdone and simply very tasty. With that in mind we were very excited about our dinner tonight.
