This is a food truck serving ravioli in different sauces. I tried the cheese ravioli and in marinara and was not very impressed by it. It was good but not great. The cheese ravioli in pesto pecan sauce was slightly better but felt dry in comparison to marinara which was overtly marinated.

Love this place. Lentil salad is bomb. All the ravioli I've had was great--I usually get the special. BYOB.

Upscale Italian dining at a food truck fits into our date night perfectly. Regal Ravioli specializes in hand-made pastas and is located in the south first district. Bring your favorite wine, sit under the oak tress and enjoy a delightful Italian meal. We tried the 3 cheese ravioli and were blown away by the complex flavors. The subtle hints of lemon zest and nutmeg in each bite is a pleasant surprise. We are big fans of this food truck and cannot wait to go back for an official date night.
