元従業員です。REGAROで働こうとしている女性の方に参考にしてもらえれば幸いですまず、ここのお店の女の子はみんな優しく楽しい子達ばかりでお客様も優しい方ばかり気軽に出勤でき勤務することができるかと思います。←の星1つつけさせてもらいましたですが、問題もチラホラ。REGAROの勤務上、雑用してなんぼとママさんの方から指導が入ります。自分がお客様をお店に呼んだりしますが、REGAROのお客様とみなされます。このご時世なのでお客さんもチラホラですが、中には同伴して出勤してる子も居ますが、同伴をしないでくれと、ママさんの方から営業妨害に近い言葉を言われます。そして、自分が呼んだお客様に胸を触らせキスを無理やりするようなママさんです。今、思えばかなり気持ち悪いですね…コロナ休業中にも関わらずお店を開け営業しているようなお店です。もちろんかのように家庭の事情にも首を突っ込んできます。宗教を押し付けられます。そして、女の子の気持ちも考えずに、お前が呼んだところで稼ぎにはならない。ましてや、給料が合わないと色々問題があります。働くことはいい事だと思いますが、このお店は辞めた方がいいと思われます。私の後輩の子にも、REGAROさんで勤務していましたが、急にグループLINEから消され、追い出され、話を聞けば、Kさん「女の子」。ママさんからの仕打ちかのようなかなり酷い事を受け辞めています。理由もなく、弁護士に訴えられそうになったり先程も言いましたが営業妨害させれていたみたいです。お客様もキスされていたみたいです。こんなところで働きたいと思いますか？おすすめはしません。
