Regalo takes the best of Italian and Japanese cuisines, creating a minimalistic yet delicious fusion that pairs perfectly with their meticulous curation of wines. Standouts for us were the Fugu Risotto, Bottarga Pasta, and the Lemon Cake. The Lemon Cake in particular was one of the best desserts we've ever tasted! The staff were excellent, and the sommelier was friendly, knowledgeable, and even able to give us some recommendations on where to go next on our trip to Japan. All in all I'd highly recommend Regalo. Especially if you're looking for a more Japanese twist on some familiar Italian classics. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
