Unfortunately the service has been better. I went to the store to place an order, tried to pay with a R$200.00 bill and the attendant was completely rude to me, claiming that they had no change and that I was breaking her legs by passing a R$200.00 bill. . I know that most parties no longer use cash payments, but she shouldn't have acted this way, since the impression given was that I had done something wrong. I really liked the establishment but I refuse to place any order at Rei do Dog due to the total lack of respect from this employee. Bad experience, I've been going to Rei do Dog for over 20 years but for more than 5 consecutive times I was extremely disappointed with the service, in person and via Ifood. The hot dogs always lack mash. Yesterday I went to the establishment and I was missing puree, I said I would wait for them to be made, I waited for more than 40 minutes and the snacks came without the puree. I want to leave here my dissatisfaction and lack of respect for the customer. Terrible service from Rei do Dog, I felt deceived as they don't give a discount when there is no ingredient. I've never seen a hot dog without puree. And it wasn't due to a lack of employees as there was one sitting around doing nothing.
