Staff tried, but seemed inexperienced. Smelt damp in the dining room. Food not as described and swimming in oil; onion rings with no onion; Coffees like dishwater and took ages to make from a machine.

It was a lovely occasion and the afternoon tea was delicious - more than enough to eat. The table was prepared for our visit with clean table cloth and cutlery. The room was big and airy. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite and very helpful. It was a very special occasion as family were reuniting after many years and this was definitely the best place for our occasion. Thank you Reigate Manor I will definitely choose to return and recommend to others.
