I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant last Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered this issue. During my visit, the cashier on duty was notably rude, dismissive, and entirely lacking in basic customer service etiquette. While everyone can have an off day, this represents a recurring pattern of behavior rather than an isolated incident. As a customer, being met with hostility or indifference when trying to patronize your establishment is incredibly off-putting. I enjoy the food at Relish, but the consistently poor attitude at the front counter makes for a highly unpleasant experience. I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that you can address this with your front-of-house team and provide the necessary customer service training. I hope to see a positive change during future visits. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
