I have driven across 4 states to visit this store and it did not disappoint. The staff was very helpful as they always have been with mail order. They even stayed open late to accommodate our one-day round trip drive. I have bought countless pieces that they had shipped with the upmost care. I was very excited to see store in person. I will continue to order from them as long as they are able and willing. I hope to make another in-store visit in the future.

What an incredibly caring company! They allowed me to set up contact info and assisted me in a purchase for a birthday present, and did they deliver! In 2 days! The packing for the china was perfect, everything was intact, and (most importantly for me) the giftee was thrilled. Did I mention, "Thank you, Remember When"?
