[Not recommended] I went to Wajima on a trip. After researching restaurants in advance that looked good, I found this one and made a reservation over the phone before my trip. The response at this time was the worst. The woman who answered the phone was blunt from beginning to end and did not even ask for my contact information. Now, what is the most important store? I sat at the counter with Mr. Ita in front of me. The dishes made with ingredients unique to Noto are passable, but if you're going to take the trouble to serve an assortment of sashimi, I'd like you to tell me what each piece is, even if you don't have to ask. The fried rock octopus has a great texture, but the flour is already formed and the ingredients are ruined. The last stop is the checkout. The person who answered was probably the woman who had made the reservation. When I asked what payment methods were available, they again said very bluntly, "Anything is possible." No, what do you mean by anything? Can I use tree leaves? Why would you let such a person treat your customers? I'm traveling and have to choose from a small selection on a weekday night, and I don't know about other restaurants, but even if someone I know is going to Wajima on a trip, I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. However, I think if the customer service had been a little more decent, I would have felt differently.
