It was just this past Monday June 12th and it was 30C outside. I found myself working very hard all day and still in a spot that evening where I had to find my own my way across town. This is most certainly due to a lack of money in my pocket. About a mile away I thought of Rendezvous Pub that I had been to once or maybe twice before. I remembered it being a very friendly and welcoming place, maybe even a place where even if I looked like I had no intention of being a paying customer right now, they would probably give me an iced water if I asked. Sure enough, I was correct. The man working behind the bar was amazingly so prompt in refilling me twice quickly that I felt like a priority and even though all I had were sincere gratitude to show my appreciation, he made me feel like that was more than enough. #pub #peoplemaketheplace #kindness #payitforward #bar #thankyou Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
