A repeated phrase during our stay was, "We definitely should come back." The staff went above-and-beyond tending to the hotel and to our needs. The (free) rental mountain bikes were hand cleaned when we asked to borrow them. KitKats were handed out to us as we sat in the living space. By the end of our two night stay, the charming hotel felt like home, especially with the familiar smiling faces of the few staff members on-site. Minor constructive criticism: The bookable private sauna was lovely, but the hot tub's water supply did not get above a lukewarm temperature. Perhaps we just got unlucky with the water heater being fully used before us. Service: 5

Wife and I stayed here for a short snow trip. The cabin is so clean and modern. Bed next to large window looking out to a beautiful view. Some days we wanted to just lay in bed and enjoy the room/view it was so comfortable. Their service is 10/10 - Family run business. They went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. Our boots broke, they helped us fix it by the next morning. We had some issue with our gear. They offered to drop us off to dinner and then they went to hardware store to help us buy some glue, they even paid for it first. They offered to drive us to restaurants, to the resort and to town. Also picked us up even though it was outside their operating hours. Their service is better than any 5 star hotel/resort I have ever been to. I highly highly recommend this place - we will be back for sure ! Service: 5

Highly recommend Reposer. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. They helped us the moment we arrived up until we left Hakuba. Thanks for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back next season! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
