I can honestly say this is the best restaurant I’ve visited in Poland . What sets them apart is their incredible creativity, they take simple dishes and elevate them with unique ingredients you just don't find elsewhere. I ordered the seafood pasta, and I was blown away by the generous amount of fresh seafood it was so impressive! Even the dessert white chocolate fondant was a masterpiece, garnished with almond flakes, pistachios, and perfectly paired fruit. The service was first-class from start to finish. I recently visited Restauracja Rispetto and was pleasantly surprised by the serene and cozy garden seating — a great spot for a relaxed meal in Zakopane. The ambiance was easily the highlight: peaceful, well-kept, and inviting We ordered the Gnocchi z sosem grzybowym (42 zł), Ravioli z ricottą (42 zł), and Lasagne ragù wołowe (54 zł). The wait times were fair: around 15 minutes for the gnocchi and ravioli, and about 21 minutes for the lasagne ️ The lasagne was the clear winner — fresh meat, perfectly baked layers, and rich cheese. The gnocchi were decent, but the mushroom sauce felt a bit flat . The ravioli were surprisingly good — delicate dough and a smooth ricotta filling that balanced well Drink-wise, it was a mixed bag The mojito bezalkoholowe (26 zł) was heavily diluted with ice (about 70%), which made it feel overpriced. In contrast, the pinacolada (35 zł) was creamy, refreshing, and delicious — tropical vibes done right! While I’d consider returning for the ambiance and the lasagne, the overall pricing felt too high for the quality across the board . With a few tweaks, this place could easily justify its premium feel. Worth a try if you’re in Zakopane — especially for a peaceful outdoor meal, but be mindful of the prices.
