The prices are very expensive, and many dishes contain pork, even some vegetable dishes. Not everyone eats pork nowadays, so it would be better to offer more pork-free options to cater to different dietary preferences. My colleagues and I are regular customers here, but lately we have noticed some inconsistency in the pricing, especially with one of the young Chinese male workers. He previously told us that 1 type of vegetable + 1 type of meat is RM7.80. However, we noticed that he sometimes charges RM9++ for what seems to be the same combination and similar portion. For example, today my colleagues were charged RM7.80, while I was charged RM9.30 for a similar portion and the same type of combination. So I politely asked him why mine was different and reminded him that he had previously told me the price was RM7.80. Instead of properly explaining the difference, he started giving excuses and was quite rude. When I asked for a receipt to check the charges, he even showed annoyance, which I found very unnecessary. Asking for a receipt is a normal and reasonable request, especially when there is a difference in price. It is not about the RM1.50. What bothers me is the repeated inconsistency. If the price is different depending on the type or portion, then it should be clearly explained and charged consistently. We have been regular customers, so it is honestly disappointing to feel like we may be getting charged differently for the same or similar food. I hope the management will look into this, because this kind of practice can really make customers lose trust.
