We ended up dining at Restaurant Aitta during our trip, and it turned out to be one of those meals we kept talking about afterward. The atmosphere was really cozy and relaxed—nothing overly fancy or pretentious, just a warm space where you can actually enjoy your time. It felt authentic, which made the experience even better. The food was the real highlight we did the 4 course tasting menu and it was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and well thought out, and you could tell care went into each dish. It wasn’t overly complicated, just really good, honest food done right. Definitely the kind of place where you slow down and enjoy every bite. Service was also great—friendly, attentive, and not overbearing. They made us feel welcome without hovering, which is always appreciated. Overall, it was just a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. If you’re in the area, it’s absolutely worth checking out. Staying in Rovaniemi we decided to spend a day at Apukka resort for sauna experience and booked the restaurant too, We had the a la carte menu which we throughly enjoyed, service was excellent and staff very friendly, The restaurant was stunning and we had a great table by the window, Meal was good value and would definitely return on our next visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The most gorgeous experience. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the food was delicious. So many vegan options, equally as delicious as the non vegan options. We booked last minute, and would recommend because if they aren't busy I get the sense they might close the kitchen early. You'll be lucky if you get Christos as your waiter, he made our experience so special. We would go back in a heartbeat.
