Warm welcome, Gemmi lift and public baths included from arrival until departure (both days included unlike other hotels), friendly multilingual staff, gorgeous views and breakfast, cheap parking. What else could we possibly have asked for?!? Highly recommended! Service: 5

Pros: Our room is #15. It is spacious with a pretty nice view (though on the first floor). Breakfast has a wide range of cheese you can try. Free and unlimited access to Leukerbad Therme which is a bonus. Cons: The balcony table is pretty dusty. Service: 4

Thank you. We had lovely days at the Hotel Alfa. Large room, good and rich breakfast. Nice personel. Rooms: Very large, clean, modern with a kitchen.
