The fried potatoes were cooked in old oil, we took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. Asked a waiter if we could cancel the order, but here they can't do that as it has been already cooked, so be aware... A bowl of ramen cost more than 9000 and it doesn't have any depth in flavour and taste nothing remotely close to ramen (I'm from Japan), somethings are okay and some things are not worth paying at all and it's a bit of a coin flip. Also, when another cashier worker approached us to apologise, they denied their mistakes and say sorry to us but keep on pushing forward that they use fresh ingredients. Come on, it's just fried potatoes, other restaurants cook it fine? And we can taste bad oil. If you are going to apologise, either fully own it or don't apologise, otherwise it looks very defensive, petty and weird. And after all of that they still asked if we wanted to tip them.
