Many visitors come here to try tasty grillades and nicely cooked nems. Order good parfait and tasty fruitcake. The high ratings of this restaurant wouldn't be possible without the appealing staff. I have nothing to complain about in terms of the cuisine, but in terms of the service, it's rubbish. The girl who worked the night of 06/29/2024, there were two of them: one with a light complexion and the other with a dark complexion. The one with black skin should be sent for training because she is not professional. When you work in a restaurant, the minimum is to stay smiling no matter the situation, but she doesn't do that. However, the one with the fair complexion at least she was smiling. Plus, she's rude. Since when do we ask a customer to pay immediately after finishing their dessert? This is aggression, this cannot be done. In addition, when she was taking our order, she left suddenly before finishing to go give a kiss to her friend who had come to eat, then she came back to continue taking the order without even apologizing. That one is not to be done. Mr. Director of Bangou Lunch, you need to see your waitresses again. Bangou Lunch is a great restaurant, but the team is not professional. We spent 100€ but we left with a broken heart. It was our second time coming to Bangou Lunch and this time we felt humiliated Thank you, I have a lot to say but I prefer to stop there.
