Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you were the only guest because you arrived shortly before closing time, and despite that, we decided to serve you rather than turn you away. Preparing fresh, high-quality food in the kitchen takes more than 10 minutes. As for the burger, the nearest Burger King is located in Old Town. We recommend visiting it if you'd like to make a fair comparison, especially considering that only five fries were left on your plate from what you described as our “inedible food.” We also did our best to accommodate your preferences — at your request, we changed the music, and later, following another request, we turned it off completely. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the premises, the people, or the overall atmosphere are perceived, nor can we cater to every individual musical preference when everything already seems unsatisfactory from the outset. We accept criticism, but we would appreciate it if it were based on facts rather than general dissatisfaction with how your day turned out. We wish you better luck in finding places that are more suited to your tastes and to the mood you happen to be in on a given day.
