Our Beelitz asparagus was watery and bland, and the hollandaise sauce wasn't particularly tasty either. I can do it better at home. The whole thing for almost 19 euros is clearly too much. All in all, not recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I have now tested the restaurant for 2 days in a row because I am staying in the hotel attached to it. Unfortunately, I cannot make a recommendation here, as the kitchen was noticed due to technical errors in the implementation of its dishes as follows: - Many technical errors - Schnitzel dead (and tough) - Risotto “shitty” (fat separates, only greasy in taste and consistency, not flabby) due to too long or too much heat - Forgot the lemon with the schnitzel - Beurre Blanc was also “shitty” and therefore not available as it was already served with a fatty film on the side. - the vegetarian dish with eggplant as the main component unfortunately tasted bland and blandly seasoned; the components announced in the dish on the menu, such as chili, ginger and lime, were completely missing here. There was sesame on the eggplant, but it was tasteless. You could have perhaps lightly toasted the sesame and also used a little sesame oil. - Prices therefore not appropriate for the quality However, the staff was always friendly and attentive. However, special requests or changes in the court only seem to be possible or implemented with particularly motivated service staff. The ambience is completely fine, but nothing special. Unfortunately, due to the defects mentioned, I can only give it 2 out of 5 points, as the errors occurred in 3 dishes on two days. So these were obviously no exception. The errors in question are actually a no-go and are immediately visible at the pass and should therefore not even reach the guest in this form.
