Rude staff, very disappointed. 0 stars. My sister had a booking for 6.45pm tonight for her birthday. We arrived on time, waited to be seated. I saw our booking on their list but when talking to their staff member he told us someone else was already there. We told him we didn't know them so there must be a mistake. I don't know if they pretended to be our booking or if staff simply gave our table away. But their staff member told us people were already there and we would have to wait until 8pm to get a table. No apologies offered and didn't really seem to care at all. We left and went to the Hotel Victor who were really lovely. We won't be going back to McCracken any time soon.
