Since 1958 my parents came here. I rejoined the experience in 1997. After the original family sold, it was not the same. I went twice after reopening. Was disappointed. We tried again today. Absolute rubbish. Can you imagine, could not serve me Coca Cola of my liking. The wine more expensive then the 5 star Polana Hotel, Except for 3 brands. Rissois was small and pathetic. Squid heads was above average. Ameshwa/clams was average. Sent the frozen chips that comes from a packet back. Unforgivable mistake not to make chips from scratch. The rice for the prawns was dry with wrinkled overcooked peas. Prawns was average. 1450 for the prawns, paid 600 to much for it. No sauce for rice. No salad. Bill for 2 people 8000. Way to much. After 70 years, done. Won't come back. Anybody who praises food from here, are not exposed to good food, and probably thinks Viennas and Pau is good food.
