It's a shame that your patience apparently wasn't enough until then; a phone call to me would have cleared this up immediately. And now something personal: I usually value direct contact with club members if something doesn't go right. I find it very disappointing and inappropriate to award a “one star” here (in your own club) where everything else is hopefully fine.More
