The food was good, but unfortunately we won't be back. We have had a really uncomfortable and unpleasant time. The owner of the restaurant has not stopped treating his employee very very badly and making racist comments. Insulting, shouting... it seems unbelievable that these things are still seen, and that people were in front of them. The treatment of their employees is bad in general, but this poor employee in particular is going through an ordeal. We are not going back. We do not support these behaviors. Our visit to the restaurant 'El Revolt' was a real rollercoaster of emotions. On the one hand, the food was certainly delicious and the waiters exceptionally friendly and attentive, which would normally have earned a high rating. However, this positive experience was completely overshadowed by the behavior of the management. We witnessed a way of treating a black employee by the chef that was absolutely unacceptable. The behavior we had to observe was not only unprofessional, it clearly had racist overtones. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness and deeply troubling. It is unfortunate and disappointing that such incidents still occur in today's society. Despite the delicious food and friendly treatment, we cannot and will not support this type of behavior. We feel compelled to share our experience to inform other potential customers and draw the attention of the restaurant to reconsider these attitudes and take appropriate measures. For these reasons, we unfortunately cannot recommend 'El Revolt'. It's a shame that good food and a nice atmosphere are overshadowed by such retrograde attitudes and behaviour.
