So the food is really well cooked. The vegetables are fresh and well cooked and tasted great. The tartare is amazing. Thank you for that. The chop was also excellent. Cooked to the bone. The oil from the deep fryer is certainly fresh too. The fries were nice and bright. everything was very well done. good bourgeois.
