This is a remarkable restaurant. The concept is to create a daily food experience based on available fish and seasons vegetables. You can get meats, but it is first and foremost a fish place. They have three main menu choices (small, large, and full house). The small is three dishes, the large is five courses, and the house is everything! The food is refined with a great pallet of flavors and the presentation is also creative/decorative. We came as a party of five and had the small selection. We started out with "tastings", which are small tastings of finger food centered around fresh vegetables and fish. We then had a soup which was delicious and filling. Finally, we had fried haddock, and it was wonderful. We ended the meal with coffee/tea and small cookies and truffle chocolate. Overall an amazing meal. Decorated as best fish restaurant 2019 and clearly well deserved.
