My wife and I ate at Restaurant Filigran during our recent stay in Kitzbuhel. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were treated as if this was our 20th visit, not our first. Stan and his team immediately made us feel comfortable and proceeded to guide us through the menu. As each course came out, it was clear the Chef had a firm grasp on providing the guest with food and flavors that were well executed. If you’re looking for a “traditional” restaurant experience, this may not be for you. If you’re looking to be treated with hospitality and service that feels like eating at an old friend’s house, then go to Filigran.
