I've known the boss for a long time - it started with: Labskaus. Since I haven't been able to feast anywhere near perfect like the one from her kitchen (I've stopped trying others now), we actually travel by train from Hamburg. First and foremost to Haithabu (and the boss Tina) - the rest of the trip will be planned around this. A reservation is advisable because the tables are occupied shortly after opening. My friend has put his childhood trauma behind him and tried the dish mentioned above: he raves. Not just about the food, but also about the rest. Warm and funny.
