After seeing the movie "Yellow Handkerchief of Happiness", I wanted to eat ramen. After taking a bite, my first impression was, "Yeah, well, it's something like this." But for some reason I can't stop using chopsticks. It's not a well-known restaurant, but it's supposed to be a cafeteria ramen that looks old and turns on the lights when customers come in at night. After eating for a while, I noticed the flavor of dried sardines and dashi soup coming out of my nose. Only then did I realize I had made a grave mistake. "There is no way that the ramen in restaurants that are still open from Showa to Reiwa, even though there is no specialty, is the same as ordinary ramen around here." Although it is light, it has depth and you won't get tired of it, which is why it has been loved by customers for over 30 years. It was such a ramen that was nostalgic, but still works well in modern times.
