This was my regular haunt as they had a lot of the local delicacies such as Iwana fish (Rock Trout) and Hattou which was a yummy dessert. I loved the Ten Zaru Soba which had tempura veggies paired with fermented side dishes and the soba that is dipped in sauce. Gyudon was very tasty too! They are very accommodating there and it’s easy to order from the ticket machine and pictures on the wall even without English. The staff are so nice and friendly. You can browse through souvenir items like Tshirts, handicrafts, salamander salad dressing (!) honey, etc You won’t feel bored as there is a tv. The cool air conditioning was a comfort from the summer heat. I was very happy with this place already but If they would like to improve, I suggest free Wi-Fi, charging stations and nice soap for the bathroom.
