I visited this Restaurant Jacob A.Riis and I noticed the welcoming traits their personnel possessed, which made me at ease since they seemed curious to know if I was interested in booking a table or ordering a dish right away. I am glad I visited the restaurant during its less busier opening hours, otherwise I sensed I wouldn't have enjoyed the environment in a highly crowded environment during their busier opening hours. I thought the idea of providing the drinking/ beverage menu was essential for a great customer service, and then of course having their menu visible to the visitors and simplifying the observation process by placing it right at the front door was fantastic, since I could easily see the food items I could purchase. I had a good experience until my exit period arrived and was told the polite farewell by the personnel and a hopeful expectation of encountering me again, the moment I will decide to re-visit the restaurant.
