would like to share feedback about my recent experience in the hotel restaurant. I ordered a coffee and asked about milk options, and also ordered a mocha coffee, which I understood to typically include coffee, chocolate, and milk. However, I was served a plain coffee. When I asked why I had not been informed that the order would be different from what I expected, I did not receive a clear explanation. When I inquired about adding milk or adjusting the drink, I was offered an alternative beverage but was told I would need to pay an extra charge. This felt misleading, as I was not informed in advance that the original order did not match what I expected or that changes would incur additional costs. In addition, when I requested the bill, my request was initially ignored, and I had to ask multiple times before receiving it so I could proceed with payment. Overall, this experience did not reflect the standard of service expected in a hotel restaurant.
