Great Asian restaurant in Valencia. We're a long way from Asian buffets that only serve frozen food... here it's fresh and homemade and it feels good! The spring rolls are excellent: crispy and very tasty. Too bad the manager is retiring at the end of 2023. I can only recommend. Cuisine: A pho which is EXACTLY the same as that which can be found in specialized stores in the form of instant sachets. The spring rolls weren't bad though. The quantities are absolutely ridiculous considering the price. You will clearly still be hungry after one dish. Staff: The old man is nice but completely misguided, off the mark. Extremely slow service, difficulty understanding and articulating, forgetting what you are asking. Maybe it's time to consider hiring some help to ease that workload and get some rest. We almost left the restaurant after 1 hour for 2 dishes. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
