I visited the popular Suwani Shokudo for the first time. The menu is set meals only. Choose from the bulletin board in the store. The main dish came with 3 small side dishes, tempura, rice, miso soup, and pickles. If you look at other people's photos, there seem to be many variations. Tempura is served hot from a fryer. This time I chose smoked chicken for the main dish, so I made it ahead of time, but if you choose chicken cutlet or grilled mackerel, it might be served cooked. I would like to try other menu items on another occasion.
