In dit non-profit restaurant kun je voor zeer weinig geld heerlijk en culinair dineren, terwijl de koks, gastvrouwen en gastheren in opleiding, er practicim vaardigheden leren en uitoefenen. Denk hierbij aan soep, waarvan zelfs de roux vers is, alsook tafelbereiding zoals flamberen (Crêpe Suzette) of het trancheren van gevogelte. Het is geen restaurant voor jonge kinderen.
