Terrible service! Cold pizza! While it may have been good in the beginning, this place has gone downhill. I used to order from there regularly, but when our pizza came 1.5 hours late and I tried to complain, I was hung up on. Seriously?!? I was told it's normal to have cold pizza. I will never order from this place again. As customers, we need to demand a certain standard and when managers/business owners start abusing us, we have only one choice: We stop buying their product. Bye-bye, Restaurant Trattoria L'Unico. I will never buy your pizza again.
