From the moment we stepped onto the rooftop terrace, Le Dôme set a breathtaking stage. Perched high above the cobblestone streets with panoramic views of some of Riga’s historic spires, the ambiance is intimate, elegant, and effortlessly serene. The seven-course tasting menu was a masterclass in modern French, Asian and-Baltic culinary art. Each dish strikes a flawless balance between inventive flair and deep respect for local, seasonal ingredients. Highlights include: * Ocean-Fresh Precision: Local fish prepared with delicate, vibrant herbal infusions that highlight pristine flavor and texture. * Artful Progression: Courses that build seamlessly from bright, refreshing bites to rich, complex main plates. * Decadent Finish: A dessert course that plays masterfully with temperature, temperature, and subtle regional berries.
