I hope the manager reads this review. The atmosphere and food are good. But the cleaners don't do their job very well. There are a lot of crumbs and food debris between the sofas, which I found unpleasant to see and touch. I hope that as the restaurant manager, you will ask the staff to clean the restaurant more thoroughly. Thank you and have a nice day.

Dear Family Martyniuk, we are delighted that you enjoyed our half-board menu. We are very sorry that our valued staff made this mistake while cleaning your table. Please be assured that our restaurant manager will pay particular attention to this in the future. She was also the one who apologized to you that very evening. Kind regards from Lech, The Pfefferkorn Family
