Very disappointed and surprised when we received our dishes this afternoon. (Gaston Gérard style pan) A dish in very small quantities: a few slices of potato and pieces of chicken bathed in a large quantity of oil.... Very far from what we have already had in this establishment. We understood by expressing our astonishment that the chef was replaced by a person not from the profession. Too bad...
