Not only should Notre Dame de la Trinite be visited, but also Pigor. Carpe diem – the French cuisine waits for you. You can have nicely cooked Caesar salads, scallops and trout at this restaurant. Try good parfait, choux and lemon pie.
The wine list is versatile, every guest will find something that suits their taste. Great coffee will make your meal even more delicious and you'll surely come back. The atmosphere of hospitality of Pigor highly depends on the staff, that is terrific here. This place is remarkable for its cool service. Prices here are reported to be affordable. As soon as we arrived, we were a little put off by the music and the decor which didn't seem to match the vision of the restaurant. The laminated menu we received was sticky and stained with food. We had the mushroom tartare as a starter — good, but nothing more. Little seasoning and small portion. The pistachio gnocchi were unfortunately a failure. The pesto was tangy and had a strong taste of oil and burntness which spoiled all the flavors of the dish. The beef cheek was ordinary, the meat tasteless. The sauce came to save the dish but the marinated vegetables were much too hard and with a very one-dimensional taste of vinegar. Still disappointing, especially for the price. It is also clear that the kitchen ventilation system is lacking. Throughout the dinner, puffs of smoke with the smell of gas and burning spread throughout the restaurant.

Micro-sprouts on everything. Restaurant Pigor tries to cover far too much ground and misses the mark. It spreads itself thin and finds no foothold in itself. Really, enough micro-sprouts. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60
