A pretty good hotel in the city center and not too far away from the historical center. The rooms are clean, conformable, but basic. Palcat offers a spa (that I did not visit, cant comment here) and a standard continental breakfast (nothing fancy, but it’s good and does the job). Overall, I feel it was pricey for what it offers, but still it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are the absolute best: helpful, accommodating and kind. If I had to find a downside, that would be the entrance. You need to cross a parking lot to reach the doors.. quite weird. Service: 5

Great location, good views from the hotel. Small room, there was only basic toiletries. For the price of a small hotel room I would expect some extra supplements like a hair conditioner, body lotion or small items such as hotel slippers, bathing caps, shaving sets, dental kits, cotton swabs, or at least tissues. Service: 4
